Abstract

This purpose of this research describes the curriculum management program in the context of implementing an independent curriculum. The research method used is descriptive research method. The results of this research are that there are stages in curriculum management including planning, implementation and evaluation activities. Coaching activities purposes to assist the process of curriculum management which is carried out directly and indirectly by Madrasah supervisors, Madrasah heads and forming the curriculum development teams. The approach used in the curriculum management development program is a cooperative, comprehensive and systemic approach. It aims to create an ideal curriculum design according to the needs of the independent curriculum implementation. This coaching activity is carried out through direct and indirect coaching activities. In conclusion, the direct coaching program is carried out directly and specifically by Madrasah supervisors by providing assistance to the entire board of teachers and education staff. Indirect assistance is carried out by the head of the Madrasa by forming an internal school-level curriculum development team to fulfill the needs and completeness of curriculum documents.
