Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keefektifan lembar kerja berbasis model pembelajaran think pair share (TPS). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan dengan menggunakan model 4D, makalah ini berfokus pada tahap ketiga yaitu tahap develop dengan melihat aspek efektivitas lembar kerja yang dikembangkan. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas 11 pada salah satu sekolah swasta di Kota Medan. Kriteria keefektifan lembar kerja siswa berbasis model pembelajaran TPS ditinjau dari hasil tes kemampuan koneksi matematis dan angket respon siswa. Data yang diperoleh di analisis secara deskripstif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa lembar kerja berbasis model pembelajaran TPS efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil tes kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa yang telah mencapai ketuntasan baik secara individual maupun klasikal. Begitu juga halnya dengan hasil angket respon siswa menunjukkan respon yang sangat positif.

Abstract: This study aims to describe the effectiveness of worksheets based on the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model. This research is a research and development using a 4D model, this paper focuses on the third stage, namely the develop stage by looking at the effectiveness aspects of the developed worksheet. The subjects in the study were grade 11 students at a private school in Medan City. The criteria for the effectiveness of student worksheets based on the TPS learning model are seen from the results of the mathematical connection ability test and student response questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. Based on the results of the study, it was found that worksheets based on the TPS learning model were effective in improving students' mathematical connection skills. This can be seen from the results of students' mathematical connection ability tests who have achieved completeness both individually and classically. Likewise, the results of the student response questionnaire showed a very positive response
