Abstract

Abstract: Cervical cancer is the most common cancer in women in the world, especially the reproductive age, namely the age of 20-34 years (14.0%), and the age of 35-44 years (25.9%). GLOBOCAN 2020 data, cervical cancer in Indonesia increased by almost 15 percent compared to 2018 with 36,633 cases and 57 deaths per day. Klaten Regency is an area in Central Java with a high positive IVA rate, including the Ngawen Community Health Center, Central Java. The purpose of this community service is to form a partner group from health cadres in the Ngawen Community Health Center, Klaten. The task of the Partner group is to follow up on the results of a positive Visual Acetic Acid (IVA) inspection, especially the introduction of radiological diagnostic tools as a follow-up to the diagnosis. This community service method is lectures, discussions and brainstorming related to knowledge in the field of diagnostic radiology. Partner groups are expected to act as mediators and motivators for the community to follow up on positive VIA results. The results of this community service, the formation of a partner group based on the results of the pretest and posttest and activity evaluation and brainstorming assessment. The average score of the pretest was 30 and the posttest showed an improvement in the average score of 75. The results of brainstorming after giving the material showed that 70% of the participants could answer the questions properly and correctly. The number of partner groups that meet the requirements is 24 people divided by 3 hamlets so that there are 8 hamlets.
