Implementasi Microsoft Officee dalam Meningkatkan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) Pada Perangkat Desa Se-Kabupaten Lombok Barat

Abstract

Abstrak: Memasuki abad ke-21 sekarang ini teknologi komputer sangat dirasakan kebutuhan dan kepentingannya untuk perbaikan dan peningkatan pembelajaran. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan Microsoft Office dalam meningkatkan mutu kinerja perangkat desa dalam menjalankan tugas dilapangan. Dalam kegiatan ini, yang menjadi mitra kerjasama dan sekaligus sebagai wadah dalam penerapan peningkatan mutu sumber daya manusia adalah Perangkat Desa Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Metode yang diterapkan berbentuk tutorial presentasi, dimana terdapat instruktur (tutor) dan peserta. Adapun hasil dari pengabdian yang dilakukan memang tidak dapat dilihat secara langsung hasilnya, namun semuanya membutuhkan proses guna memperoleh hasil yang maksimal. Kesinambungan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini juga sangat bermanfaat bagi mutu perangkat desa.

The purpose of this activity is to provide Microsoft Office training in improving the quality of the performance of village officials in carrying out their tasks in the field. In this activity, which is a collaborative partner and at the same time as a forum for implementing the improvement of the quality of human resources is the Village Office of West Lombok Regency. The method applied is in the form of a presentation tutorial, where there are instructors (tutors) and participants. As for the results of the service performed, the results cannot be directly seen, but all of them require a process to get maximum results. The continuity of the implementation of this activity is also very beneficial for the quality of village officials.
