Abstrak: Adapun tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam Penyusunan Hasil Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) Serta Keterampilan Publikasi Paper Berbasis Teknologi OJS di Lombok Barat. Workshop Penyusun Hasil PTK Serta Keterampilan Publikasi Paper Berbasis Teknologi OJS Bagi Guru di Lombok Barat dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2021 di SDN 1 Dasan Gerai Kecamatan Lingsar Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Peserta yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini adalah Guru-guru yang tergabung dalam Gugus VI Kecamatan Lingsar yang berjumlah 15 Guru. Adapun hasil dari Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan dampak yang cukup besar kepada Guru-guru dalam membuat dan merubah hasil Penelitian Tindakan Kelas menjadi sebuah paper ilmiah yang dapat dijadikan sebagai syarat dan bahan pengajuan kenaikan pangkat. Guru juga sangat antusias dalam proses pelatihan hal ini terlihat dari Keterlibatan Guru secara aktif dalam kegiatan ini sehingga mampu melakukan publikasi ilmiah pada jurnal berbasis OJS serta memahami aturan yang berlaku pada masing-masing jurnal yang ada. Pemahaman guru terhadap materi yang di sampaikan ketika kegiatan pelatihan juga terlihat dari adanya paper peserta yang terpublikasi pada jurnal nasional yang ber ISSN.
Abstract: The purpose of this service is to improve the ability of teachers in Compiling CAR Results and Paper Publication Skills Based on OJS Technology in West Lombok. The Workshop on Compiling CAR Results and OJS Technology-Based Paper Publication Skills for Teachers in West Lombok will be held in November 2021 at SDN 1 Dasan Gerai, Lingsar District, West Lombok Regency. Participants involved in this activity are teachers who are members of Cluster VI Lingsar District, totaling 15 teachers. The results of this community service activity are to have a considerable impact on teachers in making and converting the results of Classroom Action Research into a scientific paper that can be used as a requirement and material for submitting promotions. Teachers are also very enthusiastic in the training process, this can be seen from the teacher's active involvement in this activity so that they are able to publish scientific publications in OJS-based journals and understand the rules that apply to each existing journal. Teachers' understanding of the material presented during training activities can also be seen from the participant's papers published in national journals with ISSN.
