Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan Program Relawan COVID-19 yaitu untuk membantu percepatan penanganan pandemik COVID-19 di Jawa Tengah terutama di Kabutapen Banyumas dan Kabupaten Brebes. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu melalui proses wawancara serta melakukan kerja sama langsung dengan mitra yaitu warga desa serta Satuan Tugas COVID-19 desa setempat. Dosen dan mahasiswa bersama mitra melakukan kegiatan antara lain membagikan masker dan hand sanitizer serta menyemprotkan disinfektan di area permukiman warga. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa Relawan COVID-19 adalah antusiasme masyarakat target dan meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam menjaga kesehatan serta disiplin menerapkan protokol kesehatan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract: The aim of the COVID-19 Volunteer Program is to help accelerate the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic in Central Java, especially in Banyumas and Brebes Regencies. The method used in this community service activity is through the interview process and collaborating directly with partners, those are the villagers and the COVID-19 Task Force members. Lecturers and students along with partners carry out activities, including distributing masks and hand sanitizers and spraying disinfectants in residential areas. The result of community service activities in the form of COVID-19 Volunteers is the enthusiasm of the target community and increased public awareness in maintaining health and discipline in implementing health protocols in everyday life.
