Abstract

This research was conducted to evaluate face-to-face practice activities by implementing strict health protocols for hospitality department students at the Bandung College of Tourism (STPB) in the 2020-2021 school year. To know the evaluation of practical learning conducted research with qualitative descriptive research methods. Data collection is done by filling out questionnaires and interviews on several samples. Sampling technique is purposive sampling. From the results of the study can be explained that face-to-face practical learning is important in improving the competence of students while putting health protocols first. Students assessed the application of practical learning health protocols are good, with details of the student aspects 94%, instructors and laboratory personnel 94%, lecturers 92%, management support 93%, as well as laboratory facilities and accommodation 95%.
