Model Pembelajaran Percakapan Bahasa Rusia Bagi TNI Angkatan Darat di Cimahi

Abstract

The Education Centre of Indonesian Army  and Public of TNI AD (PUSDIKPENGMULIM)  needs  proffesional lectures for  teaching Russian language to  the members of  ‘The Aviation Center of TNI AD Squadron 31’. The Coordinator of the  Education Centre asks the lectures from Russian Language Study Program,   Faculty of  Cultural Sciences, Universitas Padjadjaran, to train the pilots, co-pilots, and technicians of  the helicopter series Mi-17  made by Russia.  As the helicopter manual books and knobs are written in Russian language, the Russian language should be learnt by the pilots, co-pilots, and technicians. The Russian language training will be given in the basic level of the language. Those who are assigned to study the Russian language are the members of the aviation centre of Indonesian army (TNI AD) who work in ‘Squadron 31/ Serbu’ which located in Semarang, Central Java. The training of Russian language is held in Cimahi, as the location of the ‘Indonesian Army Training Center’. The training is held for 4 months, the materials for the participants are in the basic level. The intention of the training are to be able to communicate in Russian language with the native speakers and also able to read the manual books of helicopter Mi-17 which are written in Russian language. The method of teaching is off-line    and online teaching, there are 13 participants in the class. The results are, the participants are able to communicate in Russian language daily, and they are able to talk In Russian language about the sophistication of the helicopter.
