Abstract

The French youth live a healthy life through a healthy diet. The diet habit campaigned by the government and health institutions in France has triggered public awareness, especially in young people. They avoid fast food,  meat, dairy products and their derivatives, sugary foods, alcohol, and cigarettes. This activity aims to introduce Sundanese food which is categorized as healthy food based on the processing and use of natural ingredients and condiments. The method used in this activity is a qualitative-. With this method, the activity involves participants in Sundanese food introduction activities in which they are engaged in the activity from food preparation until it is ready to eat. The results of this activity show that the French participants found Sundanese food with natural ingredients and spices enjoyable because the menu is appropriate to their diet habits.
