Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of teachers in learning cross-chemical interests as the implementation of the 2013 curriculum. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. Data collection is done by conducting a questionnaire/questionnaire, observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis using a Likert scale analysis. The results showed that the teacher's performance in learning cross-chemical interests in SMAN 2 Singingi was carried out "good" according to the teacher's perception with an average of 3.88 and the teacher's performance in teaching on chemical cross-interest learning carried out "good" according to students' perceptions with grades an average of 78.77. Based on these results it can be concluded that the performance of chemistry teachers at SMAN 2 Singingi went "good".
