“New Normal”: Analisis Penerimaan Menggunakan Balance Score Card

Abstract

Human habits change because of the epidemic COVID-19, this affects when humans enter the new normal phase. This new habit also raises the pros and cons along with the effects that arise. Higher education institutions are the ones who feel the impact of implementing new normal. Lectures that have been conducted online, will again be conducted face-to-face, while continuing to implement the COVID-19 protocol. The problem that arises is not only parents' concern for their children, but how higher education institutions manage all their resources so that they continue to carry out their activities under new normal conditions. This research was conducted at the University of Nusa Nipa (UNIPA) Maumere, and is a type of descriptive analysis research using quantitative and qualitative approaches. For a qualitative approach, researchers conducted interviews with related parties, while for a quantitative approach, researchers gave questionnaires randomly distributed to students and employees. For the questionnaire, the measurement scale used is a Likert scale with a range of 1-5. The measurement method used is the Balance Scorecard. The test results showed 85.23% of the customer's perspective on UNIPA. which has an impact on acquisition and retention, 87% of employees' perspectives on UNIPA, which are related to improving human resources, increasing creativity and service to customers. Interview results show that UNIPA has efficiently managed funds. The conclusion from the four aspects of the BSC is that UNIPA is able and ready to accept the new normal state.
