Analisis Kemampuan Pemahaman Konsep Matematika Ditinjau dari Gaya Belajar Siswa Kelas IV SD

The purpose of this research is to describe the ability to understand mathematical concepts in terms of learning styles and what factors affect the ability to understand mathematical concepts in fractions. The method used is descriptive qualitative research. Research subjects in class IV-B SDN 06 Aping with a status of 20 people. The data collection instrument in this study is a uestionnaire, test and then guidelines for interviews. Data reduction analysis techniques, data presentation, conclusion drawing. The results showed that, (1) the ability to understand mathematical concepts in terms of learning styles, namely (a) students with visual learning styles were able to carry out all indicators well and had an average of 70.23% in the high criteria; (b) auditory learning style students get an average score of 63.09 which is in the medium criteria on the three indicators of concept understanding (c) students with kinesthetic learning style have an average score of 65.27 on the three indicators of concept understanding. (2 The factors that influence the ability to understand mathematical concepts seen from learning style include, Lack of accuracy in writing fractions, wrong in casting and confused in writing fractions
