Upaya Guru dalam Meningkatkan Efektivitas Belajar Mengajar ( Studi Kasus : Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Yaqin)

The purpose of this study was to find out how the teacher's efforts in increasing the effectiveness of the learning process at MTs Nurul Yaqin Kelanjur. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, where the data obtained are described in detail. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the efforts made by the teacher to improve the effectiveness of the learning process are as follows: first, holding remedial teaching so that students can master material that was not previously understood, second, providing special guidance to students so that they can understand the material that has not been and have been taught, third, provide homework (PR) for students that are interesting so that students are not bored to do it, fourth, provide learning resources that are relevant to the material being taught so that students can learn optimally to deepen the material that has been, is being and will be taught Fifth, increase the number of exercises and conduct tests that can be done by students outside the room (out door). This is important so that students can develop themselves well and maximally.
