Analisis Kejenuhan Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas XISMAN 5 Yogyakarta Selama Pembelajaran Daring di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract: The policy strategy to stop the spread of COVID-19 is online learning activities at home to slow the spread of COVID-19. This has an impact on students who feel the assignment is quite heavy where the time is short, many assignments, even limited quotas, so that a problem arises, namely learning saturation which is often referred to as learning burnout. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of learning saturation of class XI students of SMAN 5 Yogyakarta during the COVID-19 pandemic. The process of collecting data for the analysis of student saturation with a questionnaire. The data in the study consisted of two types of data, the first data was primary data from interviews and questionnaires. The second is secondary data, data obtained through reliable sources, such as books and articles. The results showed that online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic had an impact on student boredom in class XI SMAN 5 Yogyakarta. As many as 50% of respondents experienced enough in the category of learning saturation, 15% in the strong category and 2.5% in the very strong category. This is obtained based on indicators from aspects of physical fatigue, cognitive fatigue, emotional exhaustion, and loss of motivation. Indicators of emotional exhaustion and physical exhaustion are in the moderately tired category, while indicators of cognitive fatigue and loss of motivation are still in the weak category. Based on the results of research on class XI students of SMAN 5 Yogyakarta, it shows that online learning causes learning saturation in the moderately saturated category due to external and internal factors.
