Analisis Kompetensi Guru Dalam Pengelolaan Proses Pembelajaran Terhadap Kesulitan Belajar Matematika Siswa Sekolah Dasar

Teacher competence is a form of teacher skills in managing quality, innovative, creative learning processes and can minimize learning difficulties faced by students. Mathematics learning difficulties are deficiencies that students have in understanding material that occurs because of student internal or external factors. The purpose of this study was to determine teacher competence in managing the learning process for students' learning difficulties in mathematics and to find out the inhibiting factors for teacher competence in managing the learning process for elementary school students' learning difficulties in mathematics. The research method used is a qualitative method with a type of field research. The subjects in this study were school principals, teachers and students of MI Zainul Hafidz Attaufiq. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis used is data reduction, data display, simulcasting. The validity of the data uses observation extension, researcher persistence and triangulation. The results of the study found that there were teacher competencies that were not in accordance with their scientific fields, class management was more focused on teachers, minimal student involvement in learning, lack of use of media in forming students' mathematical concepts. The inhibiting factors are the lack of human resources that are in accordance with the scientific fields of elementary school, the lack of understanding of teachers about PGSD and the lack of availability of school facilities and infrastructure.
